Red, when I decide to become a vamp, I usually head to the Andrethi tomb. Well, after I get infected, sometimes I go there thinking that I might be able to converse with the vampires that are in that tomb. When I enter after being infected, they usually say something like: No! Get away, vampire! Now, we are technically all vampires, so why are they acting this way toward me? I mean, we are even in the same clan: Berne!

Hmmm an interesting one that - I have to admit i haven't been inside the tomb you speak off as a vampire or not. To be honest I VERY much doubt they'd have anything to say to you other than "what do you want young blood" or "go away little monster".
I presume that when you describe what they say it is in the dialogue box and not their audio response to you getting to close to them...

Vampires are weak. No point to them. Maybe RP, but that is all.
