I have found 2 vampire dens, (one on an island south east of vas, the other is somewhere in the mainland continent) and I cleared them out.. I've also been turned into a vampire =P. I was wondering if there's a way to cure vampirism... being able to leap over people is nice and all.. but I want to be able to trade/travel on the silt striders... any suggestions?

Don't know how to help you.
They need to make it so that people can't tell if you're a vampire. That would be much more realistic.

talk to the statue in bal ur. gives you a easy quest to cure vampirism.
bal ur is in the south part of the molag amur region if I remember correctly.

You might want to get the "Masque of Clavicus Vile"
It adds 30 to your personality and hides your face.
I believe this worked in Daggerfall.

I however doubt it works, as I read the background about the mask, and it had nothing to do with vampires etc...
but anyway, is possible...

The mask DOESN'T work, *sob*, because I had the mask on when I went to the silt strider service in Balmora, with a personality of, get this, 81, and it STILL didn't work, it's like they still know I'm a vamp!! Also, can someone PLEASE tell me the easiest way to get to the Berne vamp hangout, the Galom Daeus?? Any help would be appreciated.

No, the "Masque of Clavicus Vile" most deffinately doesn't prevent people from knowing you're a vampire!
NOTHING short of a mod will in morrowind - this is one of the prices you pay for being a vampire.
Ride_Free why don't you just walk there like everyone else? Bring an item which allows you to levitate for a short duration to get over the hills and use the map. I've already gave you instructions on where to find the place; how else can i help?! :confused:

I've sadly never met any vampires...I killed on Ash vampire but that hardly counts he was a wimp. Where are all these said vampire dens?
