ok, so I'm one rank away from being arch mage, right?
well I've been getting missions from the arogonian in sadrith mora guild of mages(he is the master trainer for speachcraft, I think).
He asked me to bring him a copy of vampires of vvardenfell. So I got vampires of vvardenfell volume 1. Is that the volume he wanted? or another one? because when I go to him about it, he says "Do You Have it?", then I say "Yes, here it is", but then he says, ohh you have a copy? then bring it to me. He won't even take it!
My only guess is that he wants a different volume, well does anyone know where that volume is or what is going on? is it just a bug? any help would be welcome!

Hrm.. well, there are two volumes of that particular book; I remember I 1st asked Jobasha in Vivec's Foreign Quarter about it and he gave me a good clue, but I forget where I found one.

ok so I became arch mage without it (I killed the guy in vivec arena) but I would still like to know where it is at.
thanks for the hint, I will go to jobasha's rare books.
but just so I don't have to (hint hint) I still won't mind if someone just tells me!

Hrm... actually, I do remember a couple locations after all. One's in one of the Dwemer citadels inside the GhostFence; the other's in the Vivec Library's secret library. Sorkvild the Raven (in a tower, by that Nord town way up in the northeast corner, whatever its name is) might have one also.

Indeed there is a copy of Vampires of Vvardenfell Vol. I and II in Tureynulal, Kagrenac's Library which is located within the Ghostfence. An easier place to get them though (as was mentioned) is the Secret Library in Vivec, Justice Offices. The entrace is a trapdoor partially concealed by a rug in Berel Sala's office. They have many volumes of both Vampires of Vvardenfell I and II
