I haven't read the comics, but I found the movie to be very enjoyable. It had the right balance of action and plot to keep the movie flowing until the very end. I did find it to be a bit predictable, but thats never bothered me much as I can predict most movies I watch a quarter of the way through. In the end the movie, action scenes, plotlines, and subtle messages of the movie entertained me and that's what is important.
