I wandered past Telasero on my way back from Mzahnch. I decided to go in and have a look, and discovered the Propylon chamber. It looks like a pretty cool way of teleporting round the map, except I can't use it. It tells me I need an index or something. I cleaned out Telasero it's self, but I couldn't find any indexes anywhere.
Anyone know where I can find the indexes so I can use the propylon chamber? Or are there any quests I'm supposed to take to use them?
Thanks
Andrew

There is a mod, apparently, which is a quest where you find all the indices and swap them for a universal index.
As to their locations, there was a full list posted not so long ago. Try searching this forum for 'propylon' and you should find it.
If you want to see what one looks like, one of them (can't remember which one) is for sale in Irgola the pawnbroker's shop in Caldera.
They can be quite difficult to spot, being small and brownish in colour.

Just a quick tip: I found that when you enter the propylon chamber, everything slows down horribly- I presume that all the coloured moving lights are somewhat resource-hungry. I found that if you keep them out of your line of sight, and therefore off the screen, it runs a little better. Try either approaching the propylons backwards, or looking right down.
Maybe this runs ok with fast bells-and-whistles type systems. Mine's not that antiquated- 900mHz processor, 256 mb of ram, 32 mb graphics- and the game runs fine, but the propylon chambers are v. slow and jerky.

Ania Wow, and it runs fine, you say? I have a much faster platform, and it slows down in those chambers as well. And it does work when they are out of sight, but the inventory is still slow...
Anyway, I guess I'll want to find the propylon index for Valenvaryon because there's an Alchemy trainer there and I want to raise my stat :)

Great, thanks. I shall consider trying that. Getting to Urshilaku camp alone from Khuul each time has been a pain. I don't suppose I'll need to return there again since I've already been to Vivec's place, but that Alchemy trainer will still be worth visiting.

SRRY THIS IS REALLY OFF THE SUBJECT but you were kinda talkin about it. Is it normal or happen alot if you computer freezes (like every 30-45 min or so) i have a 1.2Ghz processor(sp?) w/512 ram and 32-bit graphic card. I always thought it was my graphic card and i was just wonderin if anyone knows about this? i was thinkin about a 128-bit card anyway but if i dont need it then.......... :ebil:

Mine never freezes, only crashes to desktop ocassionally, preferably during tough battles which I am about to win with a lot of effort, or when I walk a big distance from the place where I last saved the game.
