Since I like to collect everything my inventory lacks place so I wonder if I could use my office at UNATCO HQ as a secondary inventory.
The question is will my stuff still be there when I come back from mission ?

I very much doubt it as I'm fairly sure unused Prod Ammo lying on the bench doesn't stay there until the next time you're there.
If you want to carry more there is an exploit you can use, detailed (

I don't get the trick, if I drag an item to the right part it's just highlighted and its details appear.
Where should I right click and what should happen ?

You drag an item, close the inventory (while dragging), then pick up any item that is smaller or of equal size as the dragged item to stack.
You can stack any small items that are of the same type, like rebreathers or camos.

No. They're completely different maps. This is true of every location you revisit.

I like the idea behind it though, keeping a personal stash in your office or somewhere that you can select from before and after each mission. Much like Carter's armoury, except you'd have free access.
On that note, I always felt you should have had free reign of the armoury. All that stuff sitting there on the shelves that you just couldn't get to, and Carter was never that receptive IMO...
CARTER: So what'll it be? A lockpick or a multitool?
JC: Well actually, I had my eye on that LAW you've got sitting over there...
CARTER: A lockpick or a multitool?
JC: What about that rebreather? It'll come in handy where I'm going.
CARTER: Damn it! I said a LOCKPICK or a MULTITOOL?
JC: *sigh* Alright, well I've got enough space in my inventory. Can you give me both?
CARTER: Screw this, I'm taking a break...

If you shoot your gun a few times and it goes inside the armoury (aim around the dispensing slot) you can scare Carter and thus make him open the door for you :)

Thread's kinda old, but here goes: yes you can use your office as inventory. Shifter Mod lets you do that.

Look at the readme for more info.
