I think it is when you can keep on playing the game after you "finish" it.
Yes, with a-life fully enabled as far as I know, so there probably going to be a bit of chaos.

Now,couple this with a co-op mod and you have a mini FPS-MMORPG,add on any of a multitude of fan based Maps\missions...and you have an alternate universe. :thumb:
Go Modders go :D

But I'm curious, after beating the game with this feature, wouldn't you be able to see the rest of the endings? :erm:

Seven expansion packs?A single player map update?Do we dust ourselves off,go to the bar,and get a new mission?Thats a real WTF'er Bjossi, now that you mention it :erg:

The devs will do some precautions for that I bet, make the rest of the endings unaccessible after getting one ending.
Or maybe it'd be kind of fun to end it in every possible way. :sly:
Actually, it doesn't make sense that you could continue playing after finishing the game. In five of the endings, effectively your character dies. In another one, he doesn't die, but he's not going anywhere anyway. And in another one, it's the Zone that ends. Only after this ending it would make sense that one could continue, but in that case things would be different in the Zone.
How about a new ending? Wouldn't be too hard to do.

Making sense is not the strong point of most video games. :p

Spoiler tags!?
I kind of would have liked to have found all that out for myself.
