Could someone please explain to me the appeal of firing a sub machine gun at a shooting range?
I can see the appeal of shooting. I've been known to shoot clays or pheasant on occasion and it's very satisfying to track them through the sky and take them down.
But aiming at a big round target with your pray & spray? What the shit?

I don't really get the penis imagery either!
I'm a girl who spends an hour on her hair and makeup every morning. I own more dresses and skirts than pants. I almost refuse to leave the house without makeup and jewelry, or shoes that don't match my outfit.
From the outside I'm a pretty stereotypical girly girl.
But I'd do a lot to get the chance to play with a P90 at the range!

I can understand this, being a fairly non-materialistic person myself. But I also don't care much about the feelings (or life) of random people who choose to do me ill, so I'd have little problems with killing someone who broke into my house with the intent of depriving me of life and property.
It's also interesting to note that if you shoot someone in self-defense in America, you
never shoot to wound. Shooting to wound, in legalese, means you didn't truly fear for your life, and thus were not justified in using lethal force, so you're hosed. =p
