My (thankfully) limited experience with drugged out schizophrenic types has shown me that they usually take one of two forms: the quick acting impulsive type, and the type that plan everything out. The bad part about both is that you never know what the heck they are going to do simply because... they usually don't know themselves.
Either way, I'd take precautions like carrying pepper spray, and not having a routine ('cause... they'd know it, and that would provide them with an opportunity to do something), making absolutely totally 100% sure that chick doesn't tell that freak where you live ('cause you gotta sleep sometime). That last part also means to make sure that no one follows you or her back to your place, and also to move your roommate (who obviously has issues putting up with a guy like that) out of your place ASAP.
Ummm... yeah. Don't hang out wherever you know/knew that guy from. If you have a good friend there then talk with him/her periodically to find out if Schizo-Boy has found something new to obsess about. Just make sure that the 'good friend' doesn't sell you out.
Of course, the obvious last step is to find some people to hang out with that aren't... crazy. Yeah, OK, the crazy ones can be more interesting but they also offer unparallelled opportunities for serious injury or jail time, too. :sweat:
