Okay, just started playing DX after perhaps an 18-month abscence, and really enjoying another go at my favorite game ever. Here's the thing--I love to hoard my weapon upgrades and turn a few guns, like the sniper rifle and assault rifle, into god machines. I even knocked out the Unatco guy on top of the SOL in the first level to get his AR early! You gotta love Manderly's briefing on that one. Anyway, if I remember correctly, there's a point up ahead where you're captured and all your upgraded weapons are taken away, and you have to start from scratch. That doesn't fly! I want my precious upgraded guns back. Is there anyway to find _your_ personal weapons, not just more of the same type, when you're escaping and such?

All your stuff which has been taken from you is in the [SPOILER]armory in MJ12 base where you have been detained. [/SPOILER]

the ones on the multi shelf unint thingies are your own gear and the ones scattered around the edges and upstairs are extra stuff without upgrades

Excellent, thanks guys. I feel better knowing I'll get my trusty AR back (I use it so much I named it Megan) at the end of the detainment. Now, if I can just find a way to get another recoil mod...
