If you haven't opened the door behind the statue that instructs you (I'm paraphrasing) to burn the liars, then the missing candle is behind that door. Posts #74 and #75 will probably help. There's a whole sequence of things you can't do without a simple gardening tool!

If that is not your missing candle, I think there's one in the cult hideout. You will need a ladder to get there.

no sorry there is not a lootlist, but have you checked the secret room of basso´s wife?
also the tomb has loot, and the hideout from the black wing.
