They finished the transplant surgery around 1:30 this morning and it was a success. Dave is doing well and is off the ECMO. They plan to wake him up later this afternoon. Now begins the recovery phase. Thank you again for the outpouring of love and generosity you all have shown for my brother and his family.
Long road ahead probably, but congrats to Fett and family. So great to hear.
