Looking for any Unique spears, I know of the spear of bitter mercy but no idea where it is at, of course halbreds are always nice as well.
please let me know of the locations. thanks all

As you've already mentioned the 'spear of bitter mercy' is the only unique spear in the game - harsh i know but axe users don't even have one (without using the console). :(
To get this spear all you have to go to the Ihinipalit shrine in the sewers of Vivec's St. Delyn canton and talk to the staue of Sheogorath.
The spear itself has the following stats -
spear, two handed
Chop: 1- 15
Slash: 1- 15
Thrust: 15 - 60
Condition: 2500/2500
Weight: 20.0
Value: 130000
Cast when used
Reflect 20 to 30% for 30 seconds on self
Summon Storm Atronach for 30 seconds on self
Charge: 2160/2160
It's a nice weapon and worth the effort in my opinion.
