Unfulfilled prophecies .. ideas or cheat code - by bwsly

Hi,
After killing Dagoth Ur and receiving Azura's ring. I thought I'd teleport home (Odai) and rest. I popped in to the Hlaalu complex to speak with Cassius. He told me he was dissapointed I hadn't yet fulfilled the prophecies and I should speak with the priest in the High Fane
Huh? I'm sure I completed the main quest.
I talked to him and he didn't tell me anything other than give me a Temple quest, which doesn't sound related to me.
After some searching on this forum (and the official ES one), I found that I'm not the only one this has happened to.
Experimentation told me my Journal entries for the Sixth and Seventh trials were empty. After rapidly (I found a use for those Icarian scrolls) going back to the Ursh camp to speak with my guide, I recieved Journal entry for the 6th trial .. telling me I should talk to the priest in the High Fane and confront Vivec.
Both of these I did previously, but *before* I recieved Journal entries for the 6th trial. At that stage, I was thrice Hortator and Neverarine to all 4 tribes.
My question is this: By talking to the High Fane priest and Vivec, before receiving the 6th trial journal entry telling me to so do, did I 'break' the main quest?
My alternatives to the 'unfulfilled prophecies' appear to be:
- Forget about it
- Keep talking between the Hortator/Neverarine contacts, and the High Fane priest Vivec, and hope it just sorts itself out
- Try and find a previous saved game (just after I had become thrice Hortator and Neverarine to the 4 tribes) then talk to my guide in the Ursh camp
- Find a console command/code (I'm on a PC) that flags the prophecies as 'completed'
Do any of you here have any advice on the alternatives above? (or have other options?)
Thanks in advance.

If you saw the cutscene then the Main Quest is over. I guess if you speak with the Urshilaku Wise Woman again, she'll say something about becoming Nerevarine and Hortator, thus finishing the 6th and 7th trials. Then Crassius will speak with you 'normally' ;)
In otherwords, ignore it cus it doesn't matter.

Hi,
I went back to a previous saved game, where I had to escort the bride-to-be, the final stage of being named Neverarine to all 4 tribes (I did the Hortator trial first, do you think that broke it?). I talked with my guide at the Ursh camp and got the info for the 6th/7th trials.
After retrieving Keening and Sunder, I popped back to see if I needed to know anything else from my Guide. The rest of the endgame I played the same as before, again hearing Azura's speech and taking the ring.
(I managed to find a Daedric Longbow this time before tackling Dagoth Ur, so it wasn't a waste of time) :-)
Anyway, my guide at the Ursh camp speaks to me as if I had fulfilled the prophecies (yay!) while Cassius (and maybe the other key people, I haven't checked) still think I haven't fulfilled the prophecies.
Striker, you're right. As long as Azura (and now her Guide) believe I've done what I should have, what does it matter that a few NPCs get it wrong.
You talk to them once and they give you the 'see the priest in the High fane' bit, speak to them a second time and it's fine.
I guess I did something out of order and the scripting (or whatever links tasks and resolves dependencies) got confused, and perhaps can't be corrected.
Cheers.
