The design document for the cancelled Fallout game "Brotherhood of Steel 2" has been released onto the net by... some guy. RPS has an article on it (

The document contains such juicy nuggets as blurbs about stealthmodes and pictures of trucks at truckstops. It details specifics of the gameplay and lays out the entire plot that takes you on a magical journey from Lubbock, to Fort Worth, to San Antonio. Ah, what could have been.
