cool,my pc runs to slow to swin underwater safely, I I tend t just hang out in Caldera in Balmoa for the tim being training and makin money... for the most part.

I found my dragonbone cuirass in a secret underwater lost dwemer ruin. Though it's not that secret since it's pretty obvious that there was some kind of dungeon there from looking at the map.

I once fell through the floor of the Dwemer ruins just northeast of Moonmoth (Arkinghandt, or something close to that). I fell for a long time, and then hit water. Swimming back to the surface, I found myself in an underground ocean, looking up at a towering structure, far away but so huge it overhung me, with doors, windows, and machinery hanging out the bottom. It was supported by a great column, and spread out from it like a tree. The column seemed to be rooted on an island. I was way too low in stats for that sort of place, so I restored my game, but when I'm more than a 97-pound weakling, I'm going to try to find it again.
