Can't remember his exact name, but for Lucien Lachance you have to kill an unarmed expert in Bruma. I go to his house (broke in) - he's not inside (The arrow pointed to it). When inside the arrow points outside (red).
He's nowhere to be found, anybody else got this?

Either wait for him to come home, or follow the arrow.

As I explained (Did you even read my post) - The arrow points to his house (i've walked right around the house, and it still points to it), when I go inside the house it points outside. There are no trap doors, upstairs or basement. Just the one room.

Oh, oops, misread. Sorry.
Look around. On the first floor, there is a secret panel in the floor, under the stairs IIRC, leads to his secret training room.

I'll try that too, I have to go back there anyway.. i'm using his house as my private stash of magical weapons until I can afford my own place in Bruma (Only 4k to go!)
