I need help guys......I have a Techcom 2GB pen drive that I m trying to make bootable so that I can boot to pure DOS but my motherboard is not booting from it even though it detects my pen drive. It just goes straight into windows. I tried to make it bootable using the win98 boot files & HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool & used both FAT & FAT32. I also tried USB-FDD, USB-HDD USB-ZIP & USB-CDROM but.....no success. Its strange that its not booting from the pen drive even though my motherboard boots from bootable CDs & DVDs
My config:
Vista Home Premium SP1 32 bit
GA-P35-S3G with F3a bios (Award Bios 6.00PG)
Intel C2D E4600 2.4GHz
Transcend 2GB 800MHz
Palit 9600GT 512MB
Seagate 500GB HDD
Update: I figured it out. So stupid of me.....didn't check the sub-options of Hard Disk in the F12 boot menu.
