What is Ultima 7 like, can it be played in Windows 98? I have heard that it is too fast to play even with Mo Slo ?

The above link is to a program that allows Ultima 7 and Serpent Isle to be played in Windows. Finally, after all these years, the impossible has been achieved

Btw, it's months now since I'm searching for Serpent Isle (on the Net - all I found was the spanish version...) so could anyone help me here ???

Look for the Ultima Collection--it has Ultimas 0-8 including SI. No UW, alas.

Downloaded the fix for U7/U7-2, and it works like a charm! It sometimes goes to blue screen, but recovers without hassle.

Even U7, which used to have an overspeed problem on modern computers (apparently fixed in U7-2), seems to run at a reasonable pace.

All players commence nostalgia cruise immediately!
