Um.. you could holster them by hitting the corresponding Toolbelt number when they are drawn? Unfortunately this don't work with items in your backpack or whatever it is, you know, not the toolbelt but the other Inventory slots. I'm not sure if there's such a shortcut in the .ini, but i'll check, only that not tonight - it's new year :P
