There was a thread in ThiefGen a long ago about this, but I decided to ressurect it here:

killed Ok so I'm looking for something that I knew was on one of the forum boards before. I've searched for it and can't seem to find it. I usually wouldn't make a post to ask someone to find something, but I'm havin a hell of a time. Maybe I'm just blind, but it's a tweak for the physics.
I remember there was a way to edit the delay time for when you push an object and when it actually moves. I can't remember what ini file it was in.
I'm sure someone knows what I'm talking about.

Back up and then open your Default.ini file and search for the string
PlayerHumping
Change the variables on PlayerHumping_MaxTime and PlayerHumping_MaxStopTime to a smaller amount and Garrett will no longer wait so long before he starts pushing things around.
For a detailed list of all tweaks and fixes, check out the Thief 3 - Tweak Guide that can be found at the top of the thread list page for this forum.

The problem is that it seems PlayerHumping_MaxTime and PlayerHumping_MaxStopTime just don't work. The delay before objects start to move remains just the same. Who knows how to lessen it? I want accidental pushing was more realistic and really affect gameplay.
