One minor detail I noticed. The arrow shaft looks quite long on the end. I remember there was a fix for that but I can't remember what it was. Not a worry right now though...purely cosmetic.
If Garrett can be made to climb the rope, it would ideally be best if it plays no climbing animations at all really....unless we can somehow alter the ladder climbing animation files. I wonder if it would be possible to alter the position of the hands in the ladder climbing file so they appear to make contact with the rope? Then just rename the animation file? Might be a nasty way of hacking it. :)
