Did T3Ed ask to save your "dirty" package? If so, did you add the .t3u extension to it?

So the unrealscript editor is bounded to those new classes? And it doesn't import properly the uc texts?

Hmmmm.. Make me understand... I can use the script editor with the original gamesys, or I have to do the procedure of adding the new class package, then enable it?
