I know a lot of people like to turn their vertical-sync option of 'Off' for games since it can often improve your overall framerate, but I personally find the resulting "tearing" effect to be really hard on my eyes. I usually keep sure to leave V-Sync on unless I'm having framerate problem, but unfortunately I can't seem to find any way to do that for Morrowind.
Since the 'Advanced Display Properties' options in Windows don't seem to do it, does anyone know to turn V-Sync on and off for this game?

It all depends on your video card, Aless. Morrowind has no V-sync options itself, so you'll need to look in your computer's display properties. Assuming you have a common card, like an ATI Radeon or Nvidia Geforce, finding the appropriate setting should be easy. Here's how I would do it with Windows XP:
* Start by right-clicking on your desktop and choosing Properties.
* Click the Settings tab
* Click Advanced. Various video card options are now displayed.
* Click the Direct3D tab. V-sync is listed here.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but turning V-sync off only allows you to achieve higher framerates than your monitors refresh rate, no? Seeing that I'll *never* have framerates higher than 85Hz (my monitor's current refresh rate) I see no reason to disable V-sync.
