What's the best time to see the sea lions? That's one of the things I don't want to miss.

Also raph, pretty much anytime, there's loads of the damn things, so you won't miss them.

And the Aussies just left, so I am all on my lonesome now until Sunday when I jet back off to the UK.

Today I rocked over to Fisherman's Wharf and took a Bay Cruise where they take you under the Golden Gate Bridge and round Alcatraz, which was pretty neat. I had to catch one early to make sure I got on, and sadly the mist hadn't burnt off in time, so the photos are a bit :erg:

On the plus side I hired a bike and headed over to the Golden Gate Bridge and cycled across it and walked back again, and the sun was just killing the last of the mist as I was walking back.
