Hay, I'm local too! (at least until Saturday).
For the record, frog is a despicable liar... I would NEVER do something so sleazy as body shots!! Besides, it wasn't a Shug, it was a Scots. No, wait...
I'd post pictures, but I can't find my camera. :wot: Possibly Starr took it camping with her, she was doing a lot of the picture taking (mostly of the guys picking me up... literally). For some reason that became the game of the night, and I still have a bump on my head from a piggyback ride gone terribly wrong.
Anyway, I hope I didn't leave my camera in some seedy bar, for one thing I couldn't find that place again if my life depended on it (not that I believe it'd still be there, anyway).
Oh and Shug is now my boyfriend, that is in the "when a incredibly creepy, stoned to the gills person walks up to him and asks if I'm his girlfriend, and he said yes" sort of way. Bless him. And Strangeblue is awesome in bed (also one of the nicest people I've ever met) :)

So, I flew in on Saturday morning and made it to the Fisherman's Wharf meet-up point and around half past two-ish. Being from a suburb near Los Angeles, San Francisco's "public transportation system" frightened and confused me. Thanks go to doctorfrog for guiding me to the proper ground car bus thing.

Due to Scots, Shug and Stitch pulling an (I assume) unintentional all nighter, there was a complete communications breakdown on Sunday, and I was left wandering the streets of San Francisco by myself until 3 pm, when I attended Strangeblue's book signing. I'm going to post all the pictures of Sunday anyway, because there was some interesting architecture.

All in all, fucking awesome finally meeting everybody for the first time, finally having a voice to put to the posts, and equally surprised by how, for this group at least, personality wise, everybody was exactly the same as they are here. Reinforces that TTLG really is the best place on the Interweb.
Next year: TTLG AUSTRALIA! Maybe, most likely not.
