Darn, I just checked again and I was wrong the LHR option is for all but the low cost ones.
I saw that there's a coach service from MK to Gatwick or Stansted (can't remember which), I'll probably use this.

If there's an option to fly in to London Luton then that's the best bet as it's (confusingly) not in London, but about 25 miles from MK, There's a coach service that runs from the Airport to MK Railway station for about £5.
