ah. I love this thread.
I took care of a friend's guineapig for a week and I just loved the little guy. Leaving a trail of pellets behind him, getting into everything, making his little sounds and his little face in all that hair/fur.and the cats going ..WTF IS THIS THING.
I can seee how you can become attached to the little guys.

Yeah, I knew what it was. Just that first glimpse of the clock, it reminded me of a cheese grater.
I had a guinea pig years ago, named Charlie. I had him for about 5 years. He would get excited when I would walk in the room, he'd make those cute little squeaky sounds. They definitely are cute, and do make good pets.

When I was a kid, we had a little zoo...4 dogs, 10 cats, 2 tanks of fish, 1 fish pond, 2 birds, 1 rabbit, 1 turtle and a Shetland pony. I was an only child, so my parents wanted to give me lots of playmates. So, really...it's not my fault! :cheeky:
I caught Sylvester & Sophia curled up together. You can see that Fi-Fi has slightly crossed eyes. She is so cute!

Those two are littermates. The gang of four stick together. The older three girls prefer to be left alone. Pickles will not tolerate any cats being close to her except for Pumpkin who does a bang up job of cleaning her ears. :eww: She is the smallest cat but also the biggest bitch. Nobody messes with the Pickle. She will whoop ass on all the other cats, even Corey who is around 17 lbs. She is only 6.5 lbs.
