Cat Romy, and dog Goa. When they were in their young days they played together. Now they're older and just like to sleep next to each other.

I forgot how much young cats love killing. My new cat is one year old and I get at least a mouse a day. Sometimes I wake up to her wrestling blackbirds with feathers and guts all over. If she finds a nest then she gets them all and I have to scoop up half dead babies, and once I found her playing with a squirrel tail in the kitchen.
Mornings are a game of find the entrails.
