If you are actually looking for constructive criticism, continuity is one of the conerstones of good design. Pick a colour scheme and stick with it, and go for clean background colours, the concept of putting screenshots over the top of tiled 90's wallpaper images gives me a headache.
And also if you actually want to get better at this thing suck it up and listen to these people giving you feedback! If you are just going to say no I like the way it is every time someone tries to help you improve you aren't going to get very far in my opinion.

As someone who's made an ass of himself a plenty, you are getting perfect criticism if you would accept it.
If everyone were nice (as in other forums I've seen) and just said 'hey, great job' and was supportive of something that isn't good, wheres the motivation to get better?
If you say stupid stuff on a forum and get called out and humiliated, its excellent motivation to stop being stupid, its just like growing up.
The internet isn't your babysitter or your parents, it doesn't have to like you, its up to you to figure it out and up to you to become part of a community, not just say 'hay guys look what i did' and expect everyone to love it, they are going to tell you exactly what they think like they should, its what makes the place interesting.

Haha, arent you cool, stealing my gingerbread line.
Yeah, I'm back. I decided to hunt this down and see what was posted...
I just wanted to say that I appreciate some of the "real" posts in here (addink for example) and perhaps I was overeacting a bit... Problem is, how am I to know whether someone is being serious with me or joking? I don't know any of you in real life, so it's hard(er) to tell.
As for my website, that should probably be readdressed in a seperate topic.
Oh, and bear:
