The tagging feature (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/tags/tags.aspx?thread=146142) Who tagged it? seems to be broken. I vaguely remember that some mod hand-coded it shortly after tags where introduced due to popular demand.

Good catch - thanks :). Yes, I believe it was one of David's additions as part of the tag enhancement and I'd completely forgotten it was treated as a separate application from the built in tag interface.
