* Add about one capful of oil to every two potatoes you cut up. Olive, canola, or the new mixed oils they have are the best for you health-wise and tasty.
* Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick spray
You're already using oil, there's no need to use nonstick spray as well. It's not some magical substance - it's just oil that's been all chemicalled up. If you're worried about sticking use a little more oil. If you're worried about calories, eat something else because that spray isn't going to make an appreciable difference.
(Good recipe though. :thumb: This is a great recipe for Renz to experiment with different spices, since it's hard to fuck up. I usually go lighter on the pepper and add a little bit of oregano, myself)

I had indeed experienced recipe-ruining pan-stickery, so I just play it safe with non-stick spray. I suppose more oil would solve this too but "generic brand" spray is cheaper than cooking oil!

By volume, I guarantee it isn't cheaper. Get yourself a spray bottle and fill it with oil instead.
Unless you're the next Achatz, Dufresne or Blumenthal, avoid using chemicals in your cooking at all costs.
