Who puts their real name and address in these things anyway?

:erm:

I did. I believe that my name just sounds too strange for any english-speaking people anyway, so neither Budweiser or the Premier League will have any interest in using it for marketing or publicity purposes. Besides, given the results I'm getting, I doubt that I'll ever be a winner :p

I was happy with my team, but given that only 5 out of 15 of them were playing in this midweek round, I spunked my wildcard on bringing 6 new players in. Time will tell whether it was a wise move or a dumb one.

Erm, I think I'll pass ...
(SAUCY T&C)
It's a rather nasty clause, but the only spam/junk I've ever received in relation to playing this game for four years is stuff I've actually asked for. Which isn't bad, really.
Like Dave says, if you're concerned - just make some shit up.
Good luck to Budweiser if they want to attempt to use my HUGELY INFLUENTIAL name to flog their terrible booze.

Paz, I still think that you should provide the weekly updates, given the top job you did during last season ;)
Oh, and I'm glad to know that at least I wasn't the only one using up his wildcard after just one week :p

It makes sense though! You don't want to be forced into using your wildcard cos you picked shit players (as I was last season); you want to use it to score extra points in a week when two-thirds of your team are off on European duty. Or at least, that's the plan.
ps petitioning for more weekly updates from his royal pazness too

I didn't use mine, although I was tempted, because I wanted the original players back at the weekend. Then I just missed the deadline to change my mind and spend 4 points bringing in Chopra. That's going to cost me, isn't it. I doubt my exciting 3-3-2 is going to be very effective. :(
D'Arcy on 14/8/2007 at 21:45
I definitely used mine mostly because I picked shit players. Or at least players that manage to get themselves injured before the season starts.
