I'm too tired and indifferent to read all the posts in here, but honestly, why try to keep alive what will one day die anyhow? I mean, after the commercial flop that was Deadly Shadows and IW, I and a few of my friends pretty much come in here infrequently, and when we do, we find it's pretty much the same twenty or so posters who post 95% of the active stuff. Instead of trying to keep TTLG alive, I'd rather just accept that TTLG had its time and like a dinosaur, it too is slowly phasing out.
Keep TTLG alive for sure, but only long enough for the last diehard to click "sumbit reply" one last time and everyone gets sprayed in champagne.

Wow, that's optimistic. :tsktsk:
It's our playground. We'll play in it all we want. :thumb:

With respect, your posting history suggests you came here infrequently prior to them anyway.

GTMFFO
equates to GET THE MOTHER-FUCKING FUCK OUT
This site will never die, as it is a community rather than simply a testament to Looking Glass Studios and the games are only a starting point for what has become one of the single most solid and respectable online communities on the entire fucking internet.
I've been a member for nearly 7 years and will gladly be a member for 77 more or til such times as I croak, as I've made friends here that I've met in real life and have now become fast friends and I know people here who I hope to meet and become fast friends with, so fuck all that other shit.
TTLG 4 lyfe.

Seriously though, the hub still looks the same...

Good plan, let's start with you...
Seriously though, has there ever been a lamer post than this one?

Well, why is ttlg.com alive anyway? (I'm only a thief guy) FM's right. Why not host FM's and do something like gamespot where there's a review and score and then people's scores. Idunno. I agree with Tonamel.

Been a TTLG member since 2001 actually. This isn't my only TTLG nick. I'm just saying that over the years, every time I come in here - in particular after the flops that were DS and IW, that this community has had less "pull" or "allure" to potential new members.
Gingerbread Man on 2/6/2007 at 04:39
Not so, according to the New Member notification emails I get.

Well then, with so many new voices and faces coming in, there's no reason for TTLG to worry for its present or future then, is there?
