Well, I gave up on the local stores and via Amazon purchased the Wasp Factory, along with Motherless Brooklyn and Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay. Unfortunately it's not scheduled to arrive until the end of September, so my contributions might be a little late.

That's just gross.
ignatios has sweaty palms.

Only because they're hairy and it's humid. :(

But oh so manly.

Wasp Factory finally arrived; I like how it includes quotes from unfavourable reviews in the first pages.
I also like the feel of the book, very smooth and soft.
More on content later.

you damn people and your fast reading, some of us are slow readers even if we score very high on the goddamned standardized tests because the TESTS DON'T MEASURE ANYTHING USEFUL AND JUST BECAUSE IT SAYS I'M MR. UBER-LITERATE DOESN'T MEAN I CAN READ VERY QUICKLY OK SO LEAVE ME ALONE jesus christ what's wrong with you people

A'ight my people, let's start submitting candidates for December's book.
I resubmit Motherless Brooklyn AGAIN because it almost won last time and I really want to read the damn thing. Hell, I've even already purchased it.
