While I realize you may be joking, I can't tell, so I'll clarify: by IF I meant things like Spider and Web, or I-0, or Blue Chairs - the things that grew out of the Infocom text adventures.
There's one word in the title of this club you don't seem to be comprehending.

I would like to propose that we kick Stitch out of the club for insulting Aerothorn there, and for not being very inviting to discussion and differing opinions.
I mean really. Why can't you be nicer? Like me?

on naked lunch at the moment hoho CUNT
I read that. I can't tell you anything about it other than I did in fact read it and I'm not entirely sure what I got out of it.

Finished Life of Pi around 4 this afternoon. Guess I won't say anything that may mislead any of you who haven't read it yet....
or did I JUST mislead you by saying that:sly:
plenty of time to get in on this one still imho, i've only had a few opportunities to snatch odd half-hours of reading and i've got it nearly licked in a few days, it's a very very easy read.

For those that are already well on the way, how long does it stay in Pondicherry? It probably sounds absurd but I've got stuff going on in my life that makes having to think about / associations with South India pretty painful. I don't want to be ridiculously brittle and avoid anything that could make me unhappy but I also don't want to slog through a read feeling uncomfortable the whole way. If it's going to just be the setup then I'll just stop being a sissie and get on with it and chalk up a bit more getting on with things, but if it's the whole book it'd spoil the read for me at the moment and just be unpleasant.

Or if I'm not then at least my sister is. I told her to go borrow it for me and she did and then started reading it HERSELF and is apparently 1/3 done with it so I should get my hands on it this weekend or the next. I read pretty damn slowly tho(coz I'm a special BOY with special NEEDS) but I'll try to get it done till whenever it is that it is supposed to be done with the thing k neway bye l8r
<strike>oh yea next month suggestion: "Metamorphosis" by Kafka
since I plan on reading that one anyway.</strike> oh nvm then
