Trying to remember a song...

Uffie played at South by Southwest in Austin this year (a fairly famous yearly music festival), and hearing her made me remember some song from about 12 years ago that *I think* was done by two Japanese women... something about a chicken or something. It was a crazy fun song that was very distinctive in style. Anyone remember that song? It's driving me crazy trying to remember it.

As far as J-girl bands that made it into the US market a little --
Like Shonen Knife level of crazy fun?
"Fruits & Vegetables" has a chicken in it.
The 5678's are a "crazy fun" J-girl band, but don't see anything about chickens.
There's Puffy AmiYumi, not sure they were around 12 years ago.

Viva La Woman, fourteen years later, still sounds new. I kinda miss all those 90s New York bands (and by "all those" I mean Cibo Matto and Soul Coughing). Soul Coughing was a gem.
