you have to click on data files on the launcher and activate it.

if you did do that and it doesn't work, check to see that when you click on the plugin in "data files" it has a message that starts out something like "morrowind.esm is required for this plugin to work......". that basically means that the modder who made it and you don't have the same version of morrowind.esm (i.e. a different patch)

now, to fix this it's a little tricky (but easy once you get the hang of it)

just load up the editor, click on the little open folder icon, double click on the plugin, click set as active file, then click okay. a warning should come up, just click yes. once it's done loading, click the disc icon to save it, close out of the editor, open up the launcher, activate the plugin, and play!
