My Spymaster told me to find Mehra milo in the hall of wisdom and Justice, i am suppose to get some information from her, but it happens that i can´t find her in there, has she locked herself in her chambers, and can´t open the door, something tells me, that i´m only going to find a note from her in her chambers, as she is being watched by the imperial spys, right? how do i open the door to her chambers?, do i need to increase my lockpicking skills?

The spells all have 'Open' in the name, strangely enough. The most basic one is Ondusi's Open Door which is an 'Open 50pts on Touch' spell, available in nearly every Mage's Guild from the Alteration trainer.
Edit: I'm told the key is actually quite near the door too, but I never bothered looking for it. ;)

I opened her chambers with a spell, found her note , and got her free from the floating prision:thumb:
