I need this and perhaps we can keep it all in one thread.
Anyways, when I try to launch any levels from within the editor (tutorials included) I get a loading screen with no loading bar and then this error message:
"Localization: No localization: T3.General.Start (int)
Log: True Map Name :
Warning: Failed to load 'Level None.MyLevel': Failed to find object 'Level None.MyLevel'
Log: Viewport WindowsViewport__0: WM_DisplayChange"
What am I doing wrong?

Stating the obvious here but easy to forget: you have done a final build before launching?

I get this too, and I have followed David's instructions in the other thread to a T: copying and renaming directory, editing ini file etc.
I get a loading screen and then that Windows 'buh' sound, then I have to minimise the loading screen to see a run time error box in the editor.
Everything's built with a player start (I've used UnrealEd so I know what the basics are).
No idea what to do now.

I'm using the maps that came with it. Are they not built? Hmmm.

I get an "abnormal program termination" error for T3Main.exe whenever I try to build and play a level (I've been going through the tutorials included, and got to Tutorial 4). I followed the instructions to install the editor and deleted and replaced the regular T3Main.exe.
Guess I'll check that link and see if it helps. Basically, I get the loading screen (with the text at the bottom about it loading the automap or whatnot), but after waiting forever, I finally decided to Ctrl+Alt+Del and saw that error message (so much for bringing attention to itself :p). I've also wondered how I'd go about just putting the damn file straight into my playable Thief 3 installation and wondering which ini or file I'd have to modify to get it to load that map when I start up Thief.

Nope!
