Trouble with Quest... a Brother Betrayed

Hey guys... i can't figure out this quest... i wander around town... i find a Beggars body in the Cellar of the (supposedly murdered fellows home) and i can't find any information or anybody to talk to about it... all i get is crying shame type lines... some one please let me know what to do... its driving me nuts...

This was a tricky quest for me too at first. But once I've told you what to do now, the rest is easy and simple.

Just Sweet Talk 'whats-his-face' (That Investigator) in the house. :p

Once you've done that, go to the inn nearest the east gate of Bruma, get the key to the locked door and you'll find a [SPOILER]diary[/SPOILER].

I think you can figure out the rest.

@ Tuco - Just talk to some people around Bruma. Ask about rumours and eventually you'll get the quest.

Heh, okay.

I'm trying to remember if I've done a quest by that name. I'm also trying to find a way to easily see all the quests in the CS, and determine which ones I've done and which I haven't, and how to start the ones I haven't.

Besides the permanent quests for the arena/DB, a bugged quest and a quest I will not complete(Skin'gard house) I have a clear quest list, and no idea where there are more quests in this game, but I'm sure there are more quests out there to do.

Edit: Did the quest(and the hidden treasure one), bribing the investigator didn't give me the guy's location, I had to go to the inn to start my discovories.
