Hi,
I' m having trouble restoring my magicka . In game it is explained that magicka naturally restores after resting but even after I rested for 24 hours my magicka was still at the same level? I' m a mage and well I think magicka is a bit important to me so if there' s anybody who has a clue please tell me.

Justa thought, but what birthsign did you choose. Your problem sounds suspicously like you chose the Atronach. The plus of the sign is that you have a chance of absorbing magic cast at you, the negative you cannot regenerate magicka.
If you chose this sign there may be two solutions:
1. use a restore magicka potion.
2. restart under a different sign (the inability to regenerate magicka as a mage would be a challenge to say the least).

Or get a summoning spell for Ancestor ghost or something that uses magic as main attack. Cast it, attack it and let it throw its spells at you to restore your magicka. Then kill it if you get bored or ust wait for it to expire. That's what I heard.
