I got Tribunal on Monday and have, since then, thoroughly explored Old Mournhold (I have been as deep as the Palace sewers in the other direction. Not sure if it goes farther; I decided to turn back.)
I was fairly impressed with some parts of Old Mournhold (mainly the giant caverns. Well, fairly large anyway.) But it seems that's the only dungeon in Mournhold. Is there more than the sewers and Old Mournhold?
And does anyone know where there are a lot of new books in Tribunal (preferably in the same place.) I have pretty much every book now except a few rare ones. I found some rare ones in Tel Fyr that I was happy about though :cheeky:

Well, aside from extensions off the sewer there's two more 'dungeons'; one's a Dwemer ruin and the other's the endgame. Both have access restricted until their bit in Tribunal's plot comes along, though.

Oh. That sucks. I'm all into adventuring! Guess Mournhold isn't for the adventurous type. Do you know of any worthwhile treasures then (besides that massive hammer which one day I'll steal... Heh... Not sure how. But I will)?

Yeah, they're not quite as easy to pick out as Morrowind's uniques though IMO; just go exploring and kill big things in the sewers and extensions thereof. They rely on goblins in those sewers way too much though, IMO.

You get 2 really neat swords from the main quest in tribunal, flaming sword and another one with a blue flame i dont recall the names though :D

Wasn't one of them Nerevar's own sword?

Oooh.... I'm interested now. I haven't even beaten the main quest (just exploring now... think of it as a long-term sidetrack. I've already beaten it once anyway.) But I think I'll do the Tribunal main quest right now...

Yeah i guess one of them was...the fiery one i think :p

Tribunal is ALOT more scripted in it's main quest than Morrowind was. Mournhold sewers and a few parts of Old Mournhold are accessible from the start, with a few other areas of sewer only accessible through side quests.
However as you progress through the main quest several new dungeons will become available for exploration, firstly a Dwemer City (alot larger than your average Dwemer ruin), then a massive Daedric shrine (again huge compared to other Shrines in Morrowind) and Finaly Sotha Sil's clockwork city.
All these dungeons are great for exploring and adventuring (I liked the Daedric areas best plus they have really cool names) but try talking to people, as I said, Tribunal is heavily scripted so if you talk to people you'll reveal a couple more dungeons which you can then explore although these won't be as big as main quest dungeons, closer to your typical Morrowind dungeons, but they'll have some cool stuff inside 'em.

Hrm... with the exceptions of the smallish cave where you get Barilar's Mazed Band, the Dwemer ruin/city/whatever, and the endgame, no places are blocked off as far as I could tell. The quest critters are usually disabled, but that's it.
