I'm having a ton of trouble trying to figure out where that switch is to flood the Black Dart Gang's hideout.
I've looked at all those FAQs on gamefaqs.com and I still haven't had any luck as to exactly where it is.
Question 1: Is it inside the North or East building?
Question 2: Where exactly on the map is it? North, South, East, West? And please describe the area in which it is in.

Well, although I can't remember if this anything to do on the quest, but If you find a girl who fires paralyzing arrows at you, see if the arrows reapear on her body everytime you loot her. It happened to me, their great arrows too

No, unfortunately it did not.
When I examined the hideout, there are only 2 doors of entry to the compound. BOTH of which are from the Bazaar Sewer system.
The entrance from the north has only 1 door
and the other is from the west which has the 2 doors which lead directly to Variner's ghost's wife who asked me to do this in the first place.
Better yet if someone can link me to a screenshot, that would be best. I've never had this much trouble on any quest in the entire game, its quite frustrating to say the least :erg:

Ok. I finally found it. I thought the people referenced The Black Dart Gang as the same as the Dark Brotherhood, thats why I kept getting confused as to why I couldnt find the dam lever. But thank you guys for all your help, even though I sounded like a complete and utter ass.
