i was thinking about getting Bloodmoon for ES3, but i haven't picked up Tribunal yet. Is it worth playing first?

Morrowind boards!
Tribunal just added one city and was fairly tightly scripted. Bloodmoon will be open like the original Morrowind. The order you play them isn't that important - both are designed for high-level characters, although Bloodmoon is supposedly even harder.
That's not to badmouth Tribunal, mind. I liked Mournhold, especially at night. Nearly everyone you met had a bit of character and maybe a little quest. It also has two of the coolest little mini-quests in the whole game.
Pick me up a copy of Bloodmoon while you're at it, will you? :D

Tribunal was really good - it was different from the feel of Morrowind, but that doesn't make it bad. As a piece of scripted linear plot, I liked it as a nice companion piece to the sprawling open-endedness of Morrowind.
That said, so far Bloodmoon kicks ass. Open-ended (although not as many moral choices to make about opposing factions... at least not yet). Some cool new weapons and gear, but so far nothing that is gonna replace the super-duper special weapons and armor that can be found scattered around Morrowind.
I'm only, maybe, 15-20% through the game (I hope that's true, anyway), but so far I love it.
Oh, and I'm moving this to the Morrowind forums.
