I've been asked to investigate the Dwemer Ruin in Mournhold, but I can report my findings to two people, Almalexia or Tienius Delitian. Who should I report to? What do I get from Almalexia as opposed to Tienius?

I reported to Almalexia first then i went to Tienius Delitian and he said... ahh i see you reported to Almalexia first...but he didnt care to much so hmm i don't think it matters but i got thru the main quest alright ;)

I have another question.... And yes, it contains spoilers.
So I'm getting the pieces for the Nerevar's sword and I talked to the woman in the Museum of Artifacts. She might have something (she says it's part of a sheild or something) but I need to give her a few artifacts before she'll hand it over. I'm dead set against it though because personally, I've been trying to collect all the artifacts for myself.
Does she really have a piece of the blade? Do I really need to give her some artifacts?

One last question (I mean it.) I heard of the Bi-Polar Blade, as well as how to acquire it. My only problem being, I already matched up the girl with the man outside the temple. Is there any other way I can get the Bi-Polar Blade (without cheating)? I've already killed Sulen Hlas and he doesn't have it on him (I didn't save it with him dead though.)

I gave the woman in the museum 2 artifacts and then stole them back :p because i had already given her lots and lots of artifacts before talking to her about the sword hilt/piece but i just have to remember to not click the two items i gave to her so she wont freak out :ebil:
