<strike>Ok, I'm in the Clockwork City, in the Dome of Udok (hollow room, short walkway, and lava on the floor. Try the lever to extend the bridge, I get: This lever is rusted shut. You don't have the strength to pull it.
Now, my strength is 95. Does it need to be 100? I'm also playing with a character who hasn't gotten all the way through the main quest... I don't need that fancy Picking-Up-Sunder glove to move this stupid lever, do I? (I don't *think* that's it - the literature that came with the game said in a few different places that you can play Tribunal from any point in the main quest...)
I've hopped around the room on those little pegs on the wall to the opposite side... couldn't figure out anything to do there, either.
Any help?</strike>
NEVER MIND. FIGURED IT OUT.

Ok, this is the second thread that I've started, only to figure out the answer 5 minutes later. But... I'm not gonna delete this one... just edit the crap out of it. Have a nice day.

You may have figured it out all the way back in November, but I haven't. I pull the lever, I am strong enough, what is supposed to happen now? Someone tell me pleeeease so that I can finish Tribunal and scoot off to Solstheim!

...and for anyone else who has the same problem, the Bloodmoon Patch now fixes that bug. Look in the Morrowind General forums for a thread on the patch or download it from Bethesda's site.
