Treeosaurus! (i.e. stupid crap made up by a thicko) - by Vivian

I just got emailed by this guy - my first email from a lunatic regarding dinosaurs! This means pretty well as much to me as getting my first paper published. Anyway this guy: ((
http://www.treeosaur.com/) http://www.treeosaur.com/), reckons that T rex hid against a tree in the manner of the NORTH AMERICAN HUNTER. It's quite entertaining. Look at the way it's spine is bending! He gets bonus points for pointing out special skeletal adaptations for 'manoeuvring around a tree'.
Just thought I'd share,

Why would TRex bother? All they had to do was close their eyes and nobody could see them.

aaaarrrg can't watch it. It's
Giganotosaurus, and its nowhere near the same genus.

I like the constant use of italics, personally.
"I frequently hunt by stand hunting from a tree, and thus have devoted an entire website to describing how I think T.Rex would go about stand hunting from a tree"
But seriously, the guy's idea is basically that the T.rex pressed itself up against a tree..sorry, pressed itself up against a tree, and then counted to 100 before shouting "here I come, ready or not" and leaping on a deer? Er, I mean, deerosaur.
