This is gonna be a pretty self indulgent diary thread. But HELL people, this is some exciting stuff here! A tree fell on my house!
It was about 5AM. I was all snuggly in bed, dreaming of...I dunno...steak, when suddenly I hear crak...crak...crak...BOOOM :house shakes:, which, of course, startles me awake. First thing I do is start screaming EARTHQUAKE EARTHQUAKE and run downstairs to hit up the Mormon Emergency Supply Closet for flashlights and beenie weenies. Second thing I do is open up the front door to survey some damage, and all I see are leaves everywhere. Leaves and probably about the worst windstorm I've seen in many a year.
Now for pictures:

(

Friday, I was out and about while there were like 50,000 tornadoes in the area, all spitting hail the size of golf balls at me, and now this. Ahh, spring. Truly the time of year when a young man's fancy turns to NOT DYING.

Our emergency supply kit consists of vodka and pills.

My favorite was the KFC "frak pack" commercials during BSG's final run.
I do not think they know what that word means.

That's one beautiful tree you have there, man.

Sure send in the cat first, man of the house...
:laff:

That's the cat that tripped me into the window and totally ruined my chances of being a hand model. I put him on point every chance I get.
