Can anybody give me the name of the guy who give the posibillity to travel with the boat in Vivec. Near the siltstrider service. This guy felt in the sea and was eaten by slaughterfishes. Quiet stupid isn't it?

Just so yeah know: None of my 'Stilt strider ' guys ( and several other stationary people ) are in the correct location. It's just one of those weird things in the game I guess. I've also found creatures embedded in rocks that have no means of escape, watched a few disappear into the ground after I killed'em ( well cliff racers anyways ), and I also dropped a piece of armor while levitating
*was curious yeah know* which disappeared into the ground as well. I also learnt me-self not ta' put valuable objects in crates or on weird angled rocks.
